Eng. Mosaad Fayed was one of the co-founders of Koldair in 1948 along with Eng. Mamoud Basha Taher and created the biggest refrigerator and AC factory in the Middle East at the time with branches in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
The company was nationalized by the government in 1952.

Founded by Eng. Mosaad Fayed and Eng. Magdy Fayed as a Leading HVAC Engineering and Design Firm. The company ran until 1987 with pure engineering design focus (no focus on distribution of any brands)

A leading design and contracting engineering firm with focus on large scale projects, deploying more than 200 projects.
Fayedco, has designed and installed chilled water systems for many administrative and commercial assets, including the Suez Canal Insurance Complex, in addition to HVAC for 17 floating hotels in Luxor, including Oberoi, Sonesta, and Movenpick Egypt.
Fayedco has been selected by Egyptian Cabinet to do all mechanical restoration works for the Historical Ferdinand Delespis Palace
GAS AIR
1997
Gas Air was the first company to introduce Central Water Heaters in residential applications

With the rise of gated communities in Egypt, Gas Air, realised the opportunity to introduce high quality central water heaters and became the sole distributor for American Water Heater in Egypt.
Within 2 years Gas Air was able to increase imports to 3-4 large containers per year from American Water Heaters
